For the past 4 weeks, I have had the pleasure of facilitating the first cohort of the Circle of Leaders, a support program for technology entrepreneurs through Circles of Learning in Leadership and Global Health. An initiative that we are pleased to designate and co-produce with the Numana team (formerly TechnoMontréal).
This project was born in the wake of the first wave of COVID-19 last spring and I wanted to talk to you about it.
Origins
At a time when Numana members were beginning to show fatigue and awareness of the significant mental health challenges facing their teams, The Mangrove team completed a cohort of learning circles with entrepreneurs from the Xn Québec community: the association of producers in interactive experiences.
A brief meeting between our teams motivated us to develop a solution that would allow Numana members and partners in Quebec’s technological ecosystem, to be able to take advantage of an affordable and simple coaching program to address these new challenges of managing our teams and our life balance.
Le Cercle des leaders was born.

Our goal in developing the Leaders' Circle programming was to provide a safe space for Quebec technology entrepreneurs to share their management challenges with their peers, and explore bold approaches to leadership and comprehensive health management.
